How to strengthen the inspection of packaging and printing

Commodity packaging is one of the important conditions to ensure the quantity and quality of goods. The entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies in sampling, quality inspection, identification, testing cabin weight loading, the plant under the supervision and inspection process, should also check the packaging of boxes into pieces. Yet the implementation of commodity pre export inspection, should check the packaging materials, transportation, inspection in the formal replacement, must check the packing. For goods arriving at the port from the mainland, the port entry exit inspection and quarantine agency must approve the packaging inspection at the port. Inspection personnel should often go to port, station, warehouse, yard about commodity (not including the statutory inspection of goods) the packing cases, if found damaged packaging, pollution and does not meet the requirements of export packaging, should contact the customs strictly. Check the packaging, in terms of packing in the export contract and related products in the standard packaging technology conditions as the basis; no specific packaging conditions of the export contract, standards, such as packaging requirements of domestic sales contract as the basis, does not comply with the export contract, standard package or quasi purchase contract provisions, or the following are packing cases, no certificate of release:

(3) drums, plastic barrels: serious leakage; the barrel body has cracks or pores; the lid off or damaged.
(4) all kinds of bags: loose seam wrapping, broken, or serious hook damage, tearing and damage; the strap or rope broken, loose, missing, broken, or a suture line, resulting in severe deformation of the package.
(5) other anomalies: the movement of goods, the goods inside a shaking or broken sound; the scattered, broken bag, leakage or commodity exposure; the packaging of serious pollution or mouldy; the wet traces and serious damp; the rot or serious odor; shipments fell 6 bad or poor; the need for indication, warning signs of packaging and shipment, marked shortage or vague.
Where any of the above circumstances is subject to the repair or replacement of the packing by the consignor, the goods will be shipped. The repair and replacement of the packing shall be carried out as far as possible before the goods are transported to the port and station. If the warehouse is difficult to repair, replacement or goods have been shipped to the arrival area, the station after the occurrence of damage, pollution, must be in the shipment, loading before the completion of the repair or replacement of packaging.
